Exchanges and returns

 

You can exchange your order up to 15 days after purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since you received your order, you will not be able to exchange it. To proceed with an exchange, you must inform us by email at info@mbymonica.com within the stipulated period and we will send you the necessary information.

 

Exchanges will only be possible if the item is in the same condition as when it was sold and in its original packaging. Therefore, we advise you to keep the product in its packaging.

 

Exchange for an item of equal or greater value is permitted, in which case the additional amount must be paid.

 

If an exchange is necessary due to a product defect or an error on our part, M by Monica will cover all costs associated with the process. You will not be able to exchange personalized items.

 

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item and should consider using a trackable mail service.

Shipping

All national shipments will be carried out by CTT.

 

- National territory (Mainland Portugal and Islands), in normal situations, it takes 2/3 working days.

4.90 Eur, no shipping costs for orders over 40 Eur

 

- European Community, varies from territory to territory, usually takes 5/6 working days, 8 Eur, no shipping costs for orders over 100 Eur
